Blesssings...

In light of the Easter weekend and dwelling once again on just how many blessings God has truly poured on me, i thought i'd share just a few of my blessings from this past week (and update a few of you on the schooling situation!):

1. I got rejected by Brock University for Teacher's college (didn't seem like a blessing at the time, but i'm realizing more and more how it truly is)
2. I got accepted to the University of Western for Teacher's College (yay!)
3. I have been offered a FREE place to stay during my time out London way! :)
4. I got to go on a nice walk with my sister and nephew Friday afternoon (despite the slight rain) - it was so nice chatting with my sister, she's the best!
5. I had a wonderful day off on Friday during which i spent some time going to church and then hanging out with my siblings (and marty and anthony :)).
6. Saturday night I had a great time hanging out with mich and marty (though we admit to being slightly addicted to the game of settlers - perhaps we'll start a 10 step program to recovery soon...).
7. I had a wonderful early morning msn chat with my dear friend Laura in Japan. While it meant less sleep, it was so great to catch up!
8. Saturday and Sunday were both gorgeous, sunny, and WARM days - it fits the joyful expectation of Easter weekend (i love it when it rains on Good Friday but shines for the rest of the weekend... very fitting!)
9. I went on an amazing hike with friends on Saturday - so much fun... i love my friends!
10. I spent Easter Sunday with Marty's family celebrating Marty's neices birthday party and enjoying some family time together.
    
11. CHRIST DIED FOR ME!! (truly the greatest blessing of all times)

He has risen! He has risen indeed!
